Mystery packages are final sale. There are no refunds, returns, or cancellations.
Final sale
Every Mystical Veil package is prepared as a mystery order based on the selected package level. Once payment is placed, the sale is final.
No cancellations
Orders begin packaging after payment is received, so cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
No returns
Because packages are mystery-based and prepared for each order, returns are not accepted.
No refunds
Mystical Veil does not offer refunds for mystery packages, preference differences, buyer’s remorse, or unmet expectations about exact contents.
Package expectations
Exact items, quantities, colors, scents, stones, themes, brands, or results are not guaranteed.
