By using Mystical Veil or placing an order, the customer agrees that Mystical Veil sells mystery packages based on the selected package level. Exact contents are intentionally unknown until prepared.
Mystery packages
Exact items, quantities, colors, styles, stones, scents, brands, themes, or results are not guaranteed. Product photos show the Mystical Veil mood and may not show exact package contents.
Package levels
Higher package levels generally allow a fuller or more detailed surprise mix, but every package remains random and contents may vary by availability, season, and stock.
Preferences
Customers may leave preferences through the contact page. Preferences may guide preparation, but Mystical Veil does not promise that any preference can be fulfilled.
Payment and totals
Secure checkout is powered by Stripe. Final checkout pages show the payment total before purchase, including applicable shipping, taxes, or checkout charges when required.
Shipping
Mystical Veil currently ships only within the lower 48 United States. Packaging begins after payment is received and follows normal shipping standards.
Final sale
All mystery package sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, or cancellations.
